Shipping & Return policy

Processing time:

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 days for us to process your order. 

Australian customers:

Standard shipping takes between 3-6 business days.


Express shipping takes between 1-3 business days.

FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING applies for all orders over $350 AUD. Please manually select 'free express shipping' option at the checkout.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels.

International customers:

Standard shipping for all international orders is $16 AUD (except New Zealand)
Express Shipping for all international orders is $25 AUD (except New Zealand).
New Zealand: Standard shipping $10, Express Shipping $20.

Delivery estimates (Standard shipping):

  • New Zealand (5-12 business days)
  • North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific (15-25 business days)
  • Rest of the World (20-30 business days)

Please note that shipping time may vary due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges:

Please note, all sales are final. We don‘t accept change of mind returns.
We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 7 days after arrival at with photos of the damage and we are happy to help!

Your item must be returned in unused conditions in the original packaging within the next 30 days.

Once we received the returned item, we will send you and email to notify you if you are eligible for a replacement/refund.
